These Terms of Service govern your use of the elektrikissalaspils.lv website and the ordering of electrical services provided by its operator. By using this website or submitting a contact form, you agree to these terms.
elektrikissalaspils.lv provides electrical services in Salaspils and surrounding areas. Services include emergency electrician calls, electrical installation, short circuit repair, lighting, socket and switch work, and distribution panel services.
Submitting the contact form is a request for a quote or service — it does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed when both parties agree on the scope and price of work, confirmed in writing before work begins.
All prices shown on the website are indicative. The final price is determined after on-site assessment and is confirmed to the client in writing before work begins. No work is carried out without the client's explicit approval of the quoted price.
Payment is due after completion of work. The client inspects the finished work and confirms satisfaction before payment is made. We accept cash and bank transfer. No advance payment is required.
All completed electrical work is covered by a 12-month guarantee. If a defect arises within the guarantee period due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no charge. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse or events outside our control.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked visit free of charge, provided you notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made after our electrician has already departed for the visit may incur a travel fee.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income or consequential losses.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, scrape content in bulk, or misuse the contact form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Latvian courts.
